writer and systemic therapist in training
I live between silence and motion. My work begins from a single idea: beneath whatever tightens in you, in love or in life, there is always a knot that comes from before. I help you see it, and come back to yourself.
the paths
Everyone talks about the wounded child. No one talks about the guilt you carry, in silence, for thinking you failed him. A guided therapeutic crossing to put down what was never yours to carry.
For the woman who does too much and feels too little. Who has too much talent and too little clarity. A path to distinguish what you truly seek from what you chase by inheritance.
the love that fell out of syncCouples don't die from lack of love. They die from being out of sync. A diagnosis to see the knot that's pulling love away from you.
the schoolThe courses of transformation, where you cross each veil that separates you from who you are.
The 7 Veils of Awakening. The book, and the path it opens.
The app of the universe. Practice, reading, and the community that forms around it.
Music for inner silence. Meditation, presence, and the sound of coming home.

who i am
I'm the author of The 7 Veils of Awakening and creator of the Sete Ecos universe. I study the systems that shape us, what we inherit without choosing, and what it allows us to have, in love, in work, in life.
I'm in training in three postgraduate paths that intersect: transpersonal psychology, psychology and spirituality, and systemic family constellation therapy. They are not three paths. They are one question seen from three places: what shapes us, what binds us, what frees us.
I don't come to teach what I have. I come to show the path until you are enough on your own. Because what is enough, attracts.

It's not a lack of effort, or luck, or love. There's a knot underneath it all, and until you see it, it's the one making your decisions.

Explaining yourself is asking for permission to be who you are. And you no longer need that permission.
